Sorting and cleaning rarely is so extended

In Canada most farmers have large plots of land. In order to process these large pieces of soil as well and as quickly as possible, these agricultural entrepreneurs are increasingly opting for larger machines.

We have now produced this NB10-280 EVO as a heavy duty version. The hopper conveyour belt has a delivery length of +/- 8 meters with a width of 2,800 mm. The unique thing about this machine is the extremely extensive sorting process. This receiving hopper is equipped with ScottsUK Evolution Seperator, which has 14 rollers. An additional sorting unit has also been built behind this process, this unit has 12 PU spiral rollers. To complete the process, two sieve webs have been added side by side to this installation. All this to ensure the best sorting and cleaning quality. The receiving hopper has various lengths and widths of rubber / PVC conveyor belts, these are all food grade suitable and therefore also blue in color. The rest of the NB10-280 EVO has the same red color as the Massey Furgusson tractor brand. Other details and accents are black and gray in color. All this gives the machine a fresh and robust look.
